Toronto, Canada - The Opera House in Toronto was absolutely buzzing for Unprocessed's headline tour with openers Midwinter and Allt setting the stage for an unforgettable night of progressive metalcore.

MIDWINTER

Midwinter came out swinging and immediately made it feel like the room was theirs, even as the opener, with a packed crowd ready to go from the start. Hailing from Cleveland, Ohio, the progressive metalcore band delivered a set that felt bigger than the venue thanks to the strong production and a really clean sound mix, which let every heavy hit and melodic layer land exactly where it should.

Lead vocalist Billy Toth, was a standout, performing with a ton of power and charisma, while one of the guitarists, Kody Archer, taking the show right into the barricade for a few fans, added a cool personal touch that made the night feel even more electric. Toth's hauntingly beautiful voice brought a more emotional edge before the big mosh pit kicked everything back into overdrive.

ALLT

Allt, the Swedish metalcore trio, brought a huge presence to the stage and proved that you do not need a full lineup to sound massive. A three piece setup is still pretty rare in metalcore, however even with that stripped back format, the band still killed it. Drummer Adam Björk, was especially gripping to watch, constantly drawing the eye with every intricate move.

Singer Robin Malmgren, had undeniable charisma and completely held the room, while the strobe heavy lighting made the whole set feel even more intense. He also shared that he had just become a father and spoke about how glad he was to be back in Toronto, which gave the performance a warm personal touch beneath all the chaos. By the end of it, they made a very clear case for why they are a band worth keeping on my radar, and I will definitely be keeping these guys on my radar.

UNPROCESSED

Unprocessed made for one of those sets that you still remember long after the lights come up. The German progressive metalcore band brought a level of technical skill that was honestly hard to wrap my head around, especially considering how young they are. The guitarists in particular were absolutely unreal. Their playing was sharp, ambitious, and full of the kind of confidence that makes a room stop and pay attention.

The production matched the band’s intensity perfectly too, with RGB lighting, strobes, and a packed venue that felt like it was running at max capacity from start to finish. Add in one of the biggest mosh pits I have personally seen at the Opera House, and it turned into a wild, high energy night that was impossible to forget. This killer lineup is just getting started.
