Toronto, Canada - The Shallow Graves Tour has been ripping across North America this spring, with a killer lineup of rising acts Not Enough Space, Bailey Spinn, and Set For Tomorrow backing up the Dark Divine tour. After a string of East Coast dates, the tour finally hit Toronto’s Hard Luck Bar on March 11, 2026, and honestly, it felt like the room might explode.

Washington D.C. based electronic metalcore outfit Set For Tomorrow set the tone early with a tidal wave of sound and energy, turning the packed bar into a neon-lit frenzy. With fans shoulder to shoulder shouting every lyric, electric blues and pinks flickered over the crowd as the band unleashed their blend of crushing riffs and hyperpop inspired dance breaks. Each drop hit like a pulse of lightning impossible not to move to. The group’s stage presence was magnetic, full of confidence and joy. Tight visuals and charisma carried their set beyond a standard performance. It felt like a controlled riot on the dance floor.

Next up, Bailey Spinn brought a totally different flavor with a set that felt like stumbling into a time capsule of early 2000s pop-punk. Dressed in dark, gothic inspired attire, Spinn leaned into her signature blend of nostalgia and empowerment, effortlessly pulling the crowd into a communal jump and sing fest.

Her cover of “I’m So Sick” by Flyleaf stood out as a highlight, not just a nod to the past, but a rallying cry for more women to get into heavy music. The energy peaked thanks to her drummer, whose nonstop grins, stick tricks, and powerhouse rhythm made him the unexpected MVP. Altogether, Spinn’s show was chaotic, cathartic, and wildly fun. A pop punk party that traded polish for raw, joyful rebellion.

And we can't forget about Orlando’s metalcore giants, Not Enough Space. This is their first time back in Toronto in a year and the wait couldn’t have paid off more. From the second the lights dropped into deep reds and blues, the entire room buzzed with intensity. Their signature mix of Myspace era post-hardcore mixed with modern metalcore hit with full force, pulling the crowd in instantly.

Vocalist Lizzie Kristina Raatma's range was unreal. The piercing screams and guttural lows brought a raw edge that had everyone locked in. The aesthetic and lighting were on point too, matching the chaos and emotion of the set perfectly. I loved the Jack Black style Tenacious D intro, which added just the right bit of humor before things got heavy. It was also the first time all night a real mosh pit broke out.

Seeing women deliver such an intense, hardcore performance on stage was especially refreshing and powerful. In a heavy music world that’s still male dominated, having more women in these spaces matters, especially when you think about how vocalists like Courtney LaPlante of Spiritbox and Tatiana Shmayluk of Jinjer have become benchmarks for extreme vocals and stage presence in metal.

Packed to the point where it was hard to move, the venue felt like it was right on the edge in the best way possible. Not Enough Space fit perfectly into that lineage of heavy bands pushing the scene forward just by showing up loud, confident, and unapologetically themselves.
